Salary: Hourly $9.00 per hour (training wage), $11.00 per hour (following 90 days of employment)

Customer Care Agent Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent, you will represent a premier client in the wireless industry. While taking incoming calls, assist our clients' customers to resolve their service-related questions, as well as handle billing issues, answering new product inquiries or upselling products, maybe even processing credit card applications!

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6-months related work history
• Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include working at least one weekend day
• Ability to communicate using a clear, distinct voice
